Lago Titicaca

HA HA! I was right! Im in South America! Lago Titicaca to be exact! Thats in peru. The capitol of Peru is Lima. Bordering Peru is Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia, and Chile. Then for bodies of water there is the South Pacific Ocean. Peru is AWSOME!!!!! Peru has a very diverse climate. It has 28 of the 32 world climates. The north-south extension of the country and the presence of the Andes Mountains together produce a very large variety of climates and microclimates for this country. The climate on the coast is subtropical and the region receives very little rainfall. The Andes mountains observe a cool climate with rainy summers and very dry winters. Peru is soo beautiful. It is so nice here and nature shows it with the trees and water wind and everything!!!!! Its amazing! The history of Peru spans several millennia. Peruvian territory was home to the Notre Chico civilization, one of the oldest in the world, and to the Inca Empire, the largest state in Pre-Columbian America. It was conquered by the Spanish Empire in the 16th century, which established a Viceroyalty with jurisdiction over most of its South American domains. Independence was declared in 1821 but consolidated only after the Battle of Ayacucho, three years later. The coordinates of Lago Titicaca are 15°50′11″S 69°20′19 . Right now I am 4065 miles from where I just was! We actually hitchhiked and walked alot of the way. which took about three weeks to get here. i think were gonna have to fly next time tho. UGH! I really hate flying. thats why I asked my parents if we could hitchhike here. I don't get carsick, but flying makes me really nervous. Well i guess thats it. Bye!
